Every once in a while you find yourself at a stand still. You cannot move forward, back, left or right. You feel like you are boxed in and sometimes, everything is dark. I’m going to give you some saying to say every morning to help remove these blockages, plus things to do to get the energies flowing again.
These are saying given to me by my teachers and guides that have really helped me and others who have used them on a regular basis. Keep in mind that you can always ask your guides, Divine and angels for help.
To cleanse your aura
We are prone to picking up connections with people, things and places on a daily basis. Some of those things stick to our auras like glue. They’ve got to go. They can create blockages, holes, and drain you of your energy. Here’s two saying to help remove these connections and blockages:
“Arch Angel Michael, I ask you to clear the ties that may have formed between me and anyone I’ve engaged with in the past (24 hours/ week/ over course of a life time/ since I last asked). Please bring to me (love/ truth/ light/ and understanding)”
“Arch Angel Michael, please remove from my aura anything that is not my burden to carry. Please fill me with (love/ peace/ understanding) Thank you.”
Consider junk energy a lot like calories, but unlike calories, you can pick it up without eating. It’s not good for you. Just weighs you down, makes you have energy surges and then crashes. Makes you have bad side effects like sugar can. The best way to get rid of junk energy is to ground yourself. But if you are not able to have that moment of escape to relax and ground yourself, and get back to center, say these simple words:
“By the power and authority given to me, remove this live energy and any other junk within me, and send it to the light.”
Other ways to get rid of junk energy and ground yourself:
- Meditate outside
- Get close to a tree (touch it, feel it)
- Go for a walk
- Be in water or near it
- Breathe in fresh air
- Eat better
- Burn natural incense
- Pet and cuddle animals
- Do yard work, get your hands dirty
- Lay in the sun
- Go for a hike
- Disconnect from technology
- Have sex
- Have a real conversation
- Find a hobby. Try building, creating or even cooking new things
Grounding yourself brings you back to center and balances you. It also reconnects you to your truest, most authentic self. If you can, try to ground yourself before making important life choices so that your mind is clear and you can think logically and without distraction.
Removing self created patterns, beliefs, concepts and illusions
Over time, we create what we think the world around is us, or what we believe we see in ourselves. A lot of the time, they’re just illusions. Things that we perceive rather than what actually is. Here’s a saying to remove these things so that you are able to see clearly instead of through a fog:
“By the power and authority invested in me, remove these patterns, beliefs, concepts and illusions that are blocking my path, and send them to the light”
If you feel like you’re not getting anywhere because there seems to be something blocking you, but you can’t quite put your finger on it:
“I command with the power and authority given to me, that anything that is holding me back be removed, replaced or disconnected”
Balancing your chakras
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel”. There are roughly about 500 Chakras. 10 major Chakras, but 7 main Chakras. Base (root) Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, and Crown Chakra. Each Chakra is depicted as a small wheel on the different places on the body. Chakras effect your emotional, mental and spiritual well being. They can also help with physical ailments as well. When working on your Chakras, it is important to start at the Base Chakra which is located at your tail bone, and work your way to the Crown Chakra located at the top of your head.
A Chakra is like a vortex, a constantly revolving wheel of energy. These vortexes connect the subtle bodies and act as transducers for life-force energy. When a Chakra is off balance, or blocked, it can prevent the natural energy flow and this can cause problems spiritually, physically and mentally. You will find that if your Chakras are balanced, not only will you feel better, but that positive things will come to you
You can balance your chakras through visual meditation such as focusing on the specific colors of the chakras, crystal therapy, sound such as binaural beats, affirmations, and going out into nature.
